Millennials aren’t easily convinced that a financial giant can be their perfect employer. New graduates have fears of career commitment, imagining themselves stuck inside a stodgy corporation with little opportunity to develop.

We helped Fidelity overcome this perception to become highly desired at college job fairs.

By visualizing a flexible, opportunity-filled path ahead, we improved Fidelity’s brand perception among recent graduates.

Infographics, landing pages, video interviews, animations, display ads, event graphics, and collateral all worked together seamlessly to showcase the possibilities and enthusiastic voices inside Fidelity.
