For TripAdvisor, despite being the leader in their category, there is still room for improvement. Using best practices and creative approaches, we developed new content strategies, designs, and copy.

Our CRM and content email platform redesign resulted in an immediate 13% increase in engagement, followed by incremental 2-9% month-over-month increases over the following year. Our designs continue to outperform split test challengers and return on TripAdvisor’s investment since 2013.

Because of our efforts, their base is more engaged, allowing for increased monetization via site products.
